Product Introduction

Guider Care 300B is a small, high-frequency, and real-time multi-physiological data collection terminal that integrates PPG pulse rate, blood oxygen monitoring, pressure monitoring, RRI interval value, HRV, sleep data, body temperature, room temperature, body movement data, and step count. Individual users can effectively manage their core health data status with a dedicated app, and the data is automatically uploaded to the dedicated health cloud to assist in establishing a healthy lifestyle.

Institutional users (medical, mother and child, elderly care, pets, and work safety) can automatically upload data from multiple 300B devices to the health management platform through the Gateway, achieving real-time centralized monitoring of multiple physiological data, assisting institutions in reducing risk values, reducing medical burden, improving safety rates, and increasing satisfaction.

Mobile app registration and login

You can register using your E-mail or phone number, and then enter your personal information to complete the login process.

APP and bracelet connection
Please turn on the Bluetooth function of your phone and place the bracelet as close as possible to your phone. After logging into the app, click “Connect Device” on the homepage. The system will automatically search for the bracelet and display a device list, extracting 300B to connect Bluetooth.

Data viewing and setting

  1. After the device is connected to the mobile app via Bluetooth, it will automatically synchronize the stored historical data and display it on the app homepage; You can click on “View More” to view more detailed data and historical statistics.
  2. You can click “More Operations” on the homepage to perform real-time data on heart rate, blood oxygen, pressure, body temperature, and RRI. After the measurement is completed, the results will be displayed.
  3. You can set relevant monitoring parameters on the ‘My’ page.

Precautions for use

  1. Charging precautions: Connect the magnetic suction charging cable to a USB-compatible device (5V/1A), ensuring that the charging head of the charging cable sucks onto the charging point on the back of the device. During charging, the device indicator light will remain red. The device takes about 2 hours to fully charge.
  2. If there are foreign objects in the charging contact, please clean it thoroughly.
  3. Waterproof ability and usage scenarios: With daily waterproof ability. Do not flush the hand ring directly with the faucet; Don’t wear the device for showering, swimming, or diving.

Common FAQs

  1. What should I do if I still cannot measure the value after wearing the device?
    If the value cannot be measured after multiple tests, it is necessary to adjust the wearing posture to ensure that the device is tightly fitted at the width of the two fingers of the wrist joint, and to ensure that there is no light leakage during wearing.
  2. Why are there periods of missing heart rate, blood oxygen, and blood pressure data when the device is worn all day?
    Due to the limitations of the device sensor structure, it is not possible to measure heart rate, blood oxygen, and blood pressure when measuring RRI data.
  3. When does the sleep function start monitoring at night?
    The default monitoring time for sleep is from 9:00 pm to 09:00 am; You can customize the start and end time of sleep, with a fixed total sleep duration of 12 hours.

Non warranty coverage

  • Surface damage, such as scratches and dents.
  • Batteries and other consumables, except for products damaged  due to defects in materials or manufacturing processes

Warranty period 

  • The product host enjoys a one-year warranty service from the date of purchase. If consumers have a demand for warranty services, they need to provide a purchase invoice or proof for verification by Guider Technology.
  • If there is a specific product that has a longer warranty period, the warranty period of that special agreement shall apply.
