For users who buy the model PCIe 3.0 version (Q58X3/ Q58W3), but use PCIe 4.0 ready motherboard, CPU, and GPU, please go to the motherboard BIOS to set the PCIe status from Auto Mode or Gen 4 Mode to Gen 3 Mode to operate the precisely.
- Install the motherboard, CPU, and GPU first, and then boot the system and enter the motherboard BIOS.
- Use the BIOS performance mode to set up: Set the signal of the PCIe Slot support from Auto Mode or Gen 4 Mode to Gen 3 Mode. Scan below QR code refer to each brand motherboard setting.
- Save the setting and power of the PC.
- Remove the GPU.
- Plug the PCIe 3.0 riser cable into the motherboard & GPU.
- Reboot the system and install the operating system.
