Compatibility

For compatibility information with Cisco IP Phone, Webex Desk Series, Cisco Jabber, Webex App, and Webex Meetings, please refer to Cisco Headset Compatibility Guide for details.

IMPORTANT: The Cisco Headset 560 Series Multibase is incompatible with Cisco IP Phone 7800 Series phones using Power over Ethernet (PoE). Use the external power supply if you intend to connect the multibase.

Warranty information

The Cisco Headset 521, 522, 531, and 532 models have a two-year limited liability warranty.

The Cisco Headset 561 and 562 models have a one-year limited liability warranty.
