Touch the button to mute or unmute the microphone. - Increase Volume
Touch the button to increase the speaker volume. - Decrease Volume
Touch the button to decrease the speaker volume. - Camera On/Off
Touch the button to turn the camera on or off.

Firmware Update
- Visit Nuroum to download the latest firmware software update (Windows OS Version Only).
- Connect C20 to your computer and initiate the installed firmware software update.
- Follow the instructions and finish the firmware update.
