ABOUT THE DRUM GRATER
This drum grater has 3 drums to cut a wide variety of foods. It is perfect to slice and grate vegetables, and cheese and even add nuts and chocolate to your favorite desserts. This versatile grater will become a must-have in your kitchen.
SLICING DRUM
Use the slicing drum to cut raw vegetables such as cucumbers, carrots, and radishes. You can also slice potatoes and onions into very thin slices.
COARSE GRATING DRUM
Use the coarse grating drum for cheese and vegetables such as cabbage, carrots, zucchini, peppers, onions, and more…
FINE GRATING DRUM
Jse the fine grating drum for the firm and softer cheese, for nuts, or chocolate, for lemon zest, and more…
ASSEMBLY
- Clean the suction base, and place it on a clean and non-porous surface for added stability.
- Turn the knob to the right to lock the suction base.
- Insert the grating or slicing drum into the grater and hold it in place.
- Install the handle, and “click” to lock.
- Use a pusher to press food and turn the handle counterclockwise to grate or slice.
DISASSEMBLY
- Pull the lock / unlock mechanism down and remove it.
- The drum will come free from the base automatically.
- Turn the suction knob to the left to unlock.
CLEANING
- The handle, the drums, and the pusher are dishwasher safe.
- Use a clean cloth to clean the suction base. Do not submerge the suction base in water or dishwasher.

- 80g (3oz) dried rice vermicelli
