6 STEP SETUP GUIDE
- Step 1 Find the USB power cord to the BT-84 located in the packaging.
- Step 2 Find a power outlet (AC 120V/60Hz) and supply the unit with power. Please charge for 4 hours before the first use.
- Step 3 Once charged, move to the top panel and turn the Power knob clockwise to turn ON the unit.
- Step 4 Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port located next to the display screen. The BT-84 will automatically begin playing the .mp3 content from the USB.
- Step 5 Use the Volume knob to adjust the overall Volume to your taste. Turn counterclockwise to power down the unit.
- Step 6 Use the Forward and Rewind keys to move to the next track or previous track. If in FM mode, these keys will change the radio station.
BT-84 BLUETOOTH
Bluetooth Mode: Use the MODE button to enable Bluetooth on the BT-84. Open the Bluetooth settings on your mobile device and search for QFX BT-84. Select the option to pair both devices together. You can now sit back and enjoy the music from your favorite app. You won’t need to reconnect the Bluetooth again when switching through modes.
BT-84 FM RADIO:
FM Radio: Frequency-modulated stations operate in a frequency band extending from 87.8 MHz to 108 MHz. Use the MODE button to select the FM mode. In FM mode, press and hold the Play/Pause button to scan available frequencies in the area. Extend the telescoping antenna to enhance reception.
BT-84 TWS CONNECTION:
TWS Wireless Bluetooth Connection: Enable Bluetooth mode on both speakers. Press and hold the TWS button on both of the speakers to sync both units together (they must be the same make and model to function). The display screen will read ON with a successful connection. On your mobile device under the Bluetooth menu, search for BT-84 and connect. Open your favorite music app and enjoy True Wireless Stereo. To Exit TWS press and hold the TWS button.

- Electric Power Supply Line: Keep the power cord safe from being trampled on, pressed on by heavy objects, or pierced. Make sure that the cord has ample space to rest on the ground and is not stressed. DO NOT pull or drag the power supply line.
- Ventilation: This unit must be set in a ventilated space. DO NOT cover the vents on the back panel for any reason. If placed alongside a wall, distance the unit a minimum of 10cm to allow airflow. DO NOT surface that might restrict good airflow.
- Dismantling: DO NOT dismantle or open the unit. This is a high-powered unit that can cause serious harm if tampered with. DO NOT Open.
- Smoke: Please unplug the power supply cord from the wall outlet immediately if unusual smoke appears and contact customer support

BASIC OPERATION and TWS
POWER SOURCE
- Please charge the unit at least 4 hours before first use.
- Turn the dial clockwise/counter-clockwise to switch on/off the unit.
CHARGE THE BATTERY
When the battery is charging, the battery icon will show on the display screen. After the battery has fully charged, the light will turn OFF.
- Connect the USB cable to the DC5V interface of the speaker firmly. Supply the unit with 5V, 1 A minimum.
- When the battery is fully charged, please disconnect the USB charging cable from the speaker.
- When the speaker is completely out of battery power, you may plug it to a USB 5V, 1A charger. If the charger is 5V/1A, the speaker can work at about 50% volume. If the charger is 5V/2A, the speaker can play at about 75% of volume while charging. If the charger is 5V/3A the speaker can play at about 90% volume while charging.
During the charging process, the battery will gradually charge so the speaker can play at 100% volume after a complete charge. For faster charge a 5V, 3A supply is recommended.

POWER/VOLUME
Turn clockwise to turn ON the unit and increase the volume. Turn counterclockwise to turn OFF the unit and decrease the volume.
PREVIOUS/NEXT BUTTON
Under playing status, press the PREVIOUS/NEXT button to get back to the previous or next song. In FM Mode use these buttons to change FM stations.
PAUSE/PLAY BUTTON
To stop playing the current track, please press the PAUSE/PLAY button on the control panel. Press it once again to continue playing.
MODE/LED ON
Press to toggle through the different Modes: BT/FM/AUX/USB. This button also works as the
ON/OFF button for the LED Lights. Press and hold to activate and deactivate the LED Lights of the unit.
AUX.IN
Connect an audio 3.5mm TRS cable to the AUX input of the speaker and the other end to external audio devices such as MP3 player, discman, record player, etc. Select LINE by pressing the MODE/LED ON button for audio playback.
MIC.IN
Plug in a 6.35mm (TS/TRS) microphone cable directly for to the input. This connection is for the microphone only.
USBJACK
Insert a USB flash drive in the port for music playback. The unit will only reproduce .mp3 music files
CONTROL PANEL
- DISPLAY: The Screen will display Mode information.
- POWERNOLUME: Turn clockwise to turn ON the unit and increase the volume. Turn counterclockwise to turn OFF the unit and decrease the volume.
- MIC.IN: Insert a 6.35mm (TS/TRS) audio microphone cable.
- USB: Insert a USB drive with .mp3 content for music playback.
- AUX.IN: Insert an external audio device using a 3.5mm (TRS) audio cable.
- PREV: Select the previous track or FM station.
- TWS: Play and Pause the current track. In FM Mode press to auto scan stations. TWS sync button.
- NEXT: Select the next track or FM station.
- MODE/LED ON: Press to toggle through modes: BT/FM/AUX/USB. Press and hold to activate and deactivate LED Lights.
- DC Input: Charge the unit using a 5V, 1A(min) power supply.
- Charging Status

- LIGHT OFF = Fully Charged
TWS CONNECTION
TWS connection: TWS Connection is only for two speakers of the same make and model.
- Turn ON the units and Enable Bluetooth mode on both speakers using the MODE button.
- Press and hold the Play/Pause/TWS button on both of the speakers until the display screen reads “ON”.
- On your mobile device under the Bluetooth settings, search for BT-84 and connect.
- Open your favorite music app and enjoy True Wireless Stereo.
- To Exit TWS press and hold the Play/Pause/TWS button.
