  • Never let children unattended use electrical devices.
  • The use of proper polarity is observed when inserting batteries.
  • Incorrectly inserted batteries may cause damage and risk of fire.
  • Leaking batteries can cause permanent damage to the device.
  • Remove batteries if the megaphone will not be used for long periods

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Press the buttons located on the back of the megaphone to choose the desired PA modes and to power on/off the unit. Choose between ‘Alarm’ and ‘Music’ modes. Also located on top is the volume control slider.

  • Music
    While in ‘Music Mode’, speak through the microphone mouthpiece while holding the ‘Press-to-Talk’ button on the detachable handheld differential mic. The user also can use the ‘PA Talk Trigger Switch’ on the megaphone’s
    handheld pistol grip. Project externally connected devices or digital media files, via inserted USB Flash or SD Memory Card, through the megaphone. Once in ‘Music Mode’, press the soft touch control buttons located near the pistol grip to go back, next, play, or pause your audio files.

  • Alarm
    Pressing this button activates an automatic, continuous alarm siren. Switch to another mode to discontinue the alarm siren play.

BLUETOOTH CONNECTION

The megaphone’s LED indicator will blink signaling it is ready to be paired, via Bluetooth, with your device. Press and hold the ‘M’ button, located on the back panel of the pistol grip, until the megaphone enters pairing mode and the LED light blinks.  

The megaphone will appear as ‘HC_Bluetooth’ in your Bluetooth device list.  Connect to the megaphone and you will be able to instantly stream media through the megaphone’s speaker.

NOTE: Control your media with the previous, next, play/pause buttons.

USB/SD/AUX CONNECTION

  • Switch the megaphone ‘ USB/SD/AUX/BT’ Mode.  The megaphone’s LED indicator
  • will then blink signaling it is ready for you to connect an AUX (3.5mm) cable, USB
  • Flash Drive or SD Memory Card. Connect your desired media and you will be able to instantly stream audio through the megaphone’s speaker. Control your media with the previous, next, play/ pause buttons.
