Setting up the headphones

  1. Tilt the headband away from the right earcup and open the battery compartment. Insert one AAA battery.
  2. Switch on the power button to activate Noise Cancelling. The power indicator glows solid green. Note: When the power is off, the headphones will still provide audio. For best quality audio, turn the power on.
  3. Connect the audio cable to the connector on the left earcup.
  4. Connect the other end of the audio cable to the standard 3.5 mm headphone jack on your device.

Controlling your iPod, iPad, or iPhone

The headphones have an in-line remote with an integrated microphone for convenient control of select devices.

Connecting to in-flight entertainment systems

  1. Audio jack configurations on airplanes vary. For a single 3.5 mm jack, first use the audio cable plug directly; for a dual output jack, use the included adapter.

If the airplane’s sound system is too loud for comfortable listening, the adapter can be used to reduce the volume with either a single or dual output jack.

Storing the headphones

  1. Rotate both earcups so they lie flat. Then fold the right earcup in toward the headband. Place the headphones into the case.

Caution: If the headphones will be stored without use for more than 30 days, remove Alkaline batteries to avoid leakage.
