Safety and Handling

Exposure to Radio Frequency
For radio frequency exposure information for Apple Watch, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and tap My Watch, then go to General > About > Legal > RF Exposure. Or go to Legal exposure.

Battery and Charging
The lithium-ion battery in Apple Watch should be serviced or recycled by Apple or an authorized service provider. You may receive a replacement Apple Watch when ordering battery service. Batteries must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste. For information about battery service and recycling, go to Service and Recycling. Medical Device Interference
Apple Watch, some of the bands, and Apple Watch magnetic charging accessories contain magnets that may interfere with medical devices. See “Important safety information” in the Apple Watch User Guide.

Avoid Hearing Damage

Apple warrants the included Apple-branded hardware product and Apple-branded accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of original retail purchase. To obtain service, call Apple or visit an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider—available service options are dependent on the country in which the service is requested and may be restricted to the original country of sale.

Hermès Watch Band Warranty

Hermès shall deliver to the customer a watch band that is free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery, that is to as,y that the product will be fit for the normal use expected for this kind of product and will have the features set out at the time of the order and its acceptance. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or any damage resulting from an accident, negligence, or improper handling. Nor does it apply, on a more general basis, if there is evidence of improper use or misuse. This warranty may only be exercised on condition that the customer does so within the statutory period applicable to the country of purchase as from the delivery of the goods.

Any claim concerning a watch band must be addressed to the Hermès store of the purchase or any Hermès store, the address of which can be found at the following link: Find a store The customer may choose to have the watch band either repaired or replaced unless one of these choices leads to a patently disproportionate cost for Hermès. The repair or replacement of a watch band will occur at no cost to the customer and shall be without prejudice to possible damages if the customer should be entitled to such.
