HOW TO USE

  1. Place the Flip Waffle Maker on a flat, level, and dry surface near an electrical outlet.

  4. When the green indicator light shuts off the unit is ready to cook.
  5. Raise the lid using the handle. Use an oven mitt or pot holder to prevent accidental burns.
  6. Spray the upper and lower cooking surfaces with a nonstick cooking spray or lightly coat them with a small amount of vegetable oil.

HELPFUL TIPS

  • For each use, it is recommended that you coat the cooking plates with a non-stick cooking spray or with a small amount of vegetable oil. This will help preserve the longevity of your appliance.
  • Only use heat-resistant nylon, silicone, or wooden utensils when operating this unit. Metal utensils can scratch or damage non-stick cooking plates.
  • For healthier waffles, substitute whole-grain flour for white flour.
  • To keep waffles crisp when reheating, always reheat in an oven instead of a microwave. Preheat oven to 200Ëš F and bake on a baking sheet or wire rack.
  • DO NOT over-mix the batter. The batter should be slightly lumpy so that waffles will be light and fluffy when cooked.
  • You can store the batter in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate it. Refrigerated batter will remain fresh for up to two days. Because cold batter will thicken, you may need to add a little milk or water to the batter before cooking.

Please take care of your FLIP WAFFLE MAKER by following these simple cleaning directions.

  1. Disconnect the appliance from the electrical outlet and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Use a soft damp, warm & non-abrasive cloth to wipe down the upper & lower cooking plates and the exterior of the appliance.
  3. Thoroughly rinse the cloth and wipe again. Dr the y athetheiance with a clean, soft, dry & non-abrasive cloth.
  4. DO NOT put any parts in a dishwasher.
  5. NEVER immerse appliances or electrical cords in water.
